| Submetemos estas propostas porque: (1) Relativamente à Lei em vigor quanto à Cidadania consideramo-la totalmente aberrante. Propomos a sua alteração urgente. Todos os nacionais devem, naturalmente, ter direito a ser cidadãos e a participar na vida nacional. (2) No que diz respeito aos "mayors" achamos que se deve descentralizar o que não é vantajoso estar centralizado, pelo que propomos a alteração à lei vigente. |
