Message | Venho por este meio discordar desta proposta de Lei. A existência de armas nucleares nos países vizinhos deve levar a República Lusitânia a procurar obter relações pacíficas com esses mesmos, na forma de tratados de não agressão e tratados de paz e cooperação. Aliás, é importante frisar que esses alguns desses mesmos países optaram e optam ainda por discutir e implementar tratados dessa natureza entre si. A militarização como processo alternativo ao diálogo político com o objectivo de garantir a paz e cooperação internacional na região é, historicamente falando, francamente fraca garantia de paz duradoura. |
