Submetemos a votação a alteração à Lei das Patentes de Software. No nosso entender a actual Lei abre portas à criação de grandes monopólios, negativos, no mercado do software pelas maiores corporações na área. Deste modo, no nosso entender, não são favorecidos, de todo, as pequenas e médias empresas, dadas as barreiras de entrada passíveis de serem impostas por monopólios que se criem. Como tal, vemos a actual Lei como um obstáculo à livre iniciativa e concorrência, conducente a um mercado pouco competitivo, passível de ser facilmente dominado por interesses, com todas as consequências nefastas, nos vários domínios da economia e da sociedade que isso, no nosso entender, pode acarretar. |
