| We felt that UP did not make appropriate changes in their proposal to get the largest amount of votes why the HPP repropose the bill with the ammendments that we feel adequate and with the removal of those paragraphs that is no good for hobrazia. Explanation: paragraph 1: Because of recent events we must effectivate our military and the state must be the vital and only part of this. Paragraph 2: The most energy is to come from nulear power we should nationalise the power stations to reassure security and to hold the state responsible if accidents happen. Furthermore we should nationalise the power stations to better divide the national electricity demand and supply. This is easier done with a national control of all power stations. Paragraph 3: We should nationalise all energy supplies as this will make it easier to avoid surplus energy and only produce the neccesary amount. Furthermore it will create a good income if the hobrazian state could sell energy to other nations. These money should then go to the whole people rather than private industry. Paragraph 4: We believe that DWCs is an important way to get rid of capitalistic constraints. We believe that DWCs will help the common man and make the industrial sphere in hobrazia a common ownership instead of controlled by a few people earning all the money. |
