| Based on recent historical events it is important for our nation always to be prepared for war or in aiding other nations refugees. We also need a strong military to defend our own borders and protect our people. These are meassures with which HPP think we can reach that level of security. We should start implementing these changes asap. This bill consist amendments to the laws in form of administrative rules for defending our nation and keeping imperialistic nations eyes away from hobrazia. Furthermore a conscription paragraph is outlining the basic structure of the army: We need to protect our nation. Therefore we need a military capable of doing so. This calls for conscription so that we are ready for future conflicts. "There should be set some time limits of military service, which shall depend on where and what military purpose or civilian national service one attend. Civilian national service should be between 1 and 2 years depending on where you work. Military service should be between 1 and 2 years depending on where you are stationed. Everyone will be a part of the national reserves for 5 years after ending their military service or civilian national service. For civilian national service personel no one shall be forced to participate in combat, but will be assigned to other military work during war." |
