MessageOpposed on the second article.

(ooc: one week per term is good as it allows for roleplays to be completed more easily)

MessageI am not sure about the second article, but I am for the first.

The only problem with the second is that it takes 8 months to pass a bill, so you really only have 16 months worth of bill passing, and cabinets might change too frequently...

MessageFair enough. I am probably going to suffer for this as its repealing one of my Bills, but it was only meant as a test anyhow, therefore it will be backed.

Messageooc: Didn't this cause a real mess last time? Each party submitting its own idea of a cabinet? We went through some seven or eight proposals.

MessageWe consider it should be the right of any political party to submit a cabinet, not just ourselves because we happen to be the joint second largest party.

MessageFurthermore, we are unable to submit a cabinet. We are not the largest party.

MessageWe are not all in agreement at the moment. And we were of the opinion that the largest few parties could propose, which is not the case. Thus we hope that this bill will pass quickly.
