non è giusto che lo stato possa pretendere da un privato la propria casa/palazzo/fabbrica lasciandolo senza un domicilio o senza un lavoro. se proprio lo stato ha bisogno di un'infrastruttura in modo tale che questo bisogno sia irrinunciabile può sempre comprarsene uno, senza privare i cittadini di qualcosa che hanno ottenuto con fatica e lavoro |

Message | Vorremmo far notare come ora la legislazione dica che l'esproprio per lavori pubblici (quali autostrade, ferrovie e similari) venga rimborsato secondo la valutazione di un organo indipendente. Quindi quello che dice DN è pura falsità. |

Message | No, semplicemente non venite a lamentarvi se lo stato vi frega la vostra unica casa e l'organo indipendente vi da in cambio 100.000€ quando ne varebbe come minimo il doppio, senza contare le spese di trasloco, il tempo necessario a trovare una nuova casa ecc. |
