MessageIf there is a ban on private vehicles we can support otherwise a national public transportation system seems to be overkill and expensive.

MessagePRivate vehicles are a tremendous waste of resources.
a) they sit unused most of the time requiring space to house in our cities where space is a precious resource
b) they generally have 1 person in them even though there are many others heading in the same general area
c) they require the capability to be multipurpose thus are unable to be tailored to a specific task

A far more efficeient method is to ban or severally reduce the number of private vehicles and using a combination of public transport and rental for specific tasks.

Only the "Culturally Open" nations are not bound by the rules surrounding culture. The Cultural Protocols Index should be consulted for more information about the cultural situation of each nation.
