MessageThe Royalists are in full support of this bill. This would mandate no changes in our laws, and would establish a constitutional definintion of legal rights in our country. We support the strongest stance against the death penalty, and the strongest stance in favour of any and all human rights, that the Charter calls for, but those laws can be determined once we pass this necessary framework of laws.
