Debate
These messages have been posted to debate on this bill:
Date | 08:58:53, September 23, 2006 CET | From | Opus | To | Debating the Religious Protection Act |
Message | It is the opinion of Opus that by setting up explicitly religious schools, it infringes upon the rights of those who wish for an education but are prevented due to religion. That is not what our nation stands for and thus Opus votes in favour. |
Date | 16:39:18, September 23, 2006 CET | From | Libertario Aliatu | To | Debating the Religious Protection Act |
Message | We are against forcing people to have a specific viewpoint, but also against forcing people to live a secular life if they do not wish to. The latter in our view is a concrete government restriction whilst the former is merely a consequence of society and thus outside our jurisdiction. |

Random fact: Players consent to the reasonable and predictable consequences of the role-play they consent to. For example, players who role-play their characters as committing criminal offences should expect those characters to experience the predictable judicial consequences of that. |
