Bill: Right to Abortion Bill
Details
Submitted by[?]: Democratic Socialist Party
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: August 2036
Description[?]:
Noting that the current bill under voting on this subject fails to make any actual changes to current legislatures, while understanding both the rights of women to control their bodies, as well as the moral dilemmas associated with abortions, let it be resolved that from henceforth abortions are legal in Ikradon during the first semester of pregnancy, and during the two latter semesters in the case on medical emergencies. |
Proposals
Article 1
Proposal[?] to change Policy on the legality of abortions
Old value:: All abortions are illegal.

Proposed: Abortion is allowed during the first trimester.
