Description[?]:
So as to allow Private businesses and Chartities to inform customers and users of products and in order to stop the proliferation of possible crude advertisments appearing before the public, the Government will introduce an Advertising Standards Agency (ASA) to review all advertisments that appear before the public. The public may also make any complaits to the ASA about any advertisments that they deem to be of "poor taste", though it will be up to the ASA whether said advertisment breaches any laws. As further to existing advertisment laws (covered in the Media Censure Proposal), all adverts containing tobacco products, and other recreational drugs (not including medicinal drugs or alcohol) use are banned in order not to increase the proliferation of the use of these products. |

Message | Since the government should own all industry, there is no reason to allow privates to advertise. This will never do any good to the hobrazian. |
