| Marijuana is not a dangerous substance. It makes people LESS likely, not more likely, to become violent. There are no known risks from second-hand marijuana smoke, unless someone happens to be allergic to it. There are many people in our country who are 'criminals' only by way of violating this ordinance. We need to change this. |
