| Message | We have realized within the party, after internal debate, that abolishing the use of torture wholly is inappropriate. While torture is, for the most part, a barbaric practice, in exigent circumstances it ought to be implemented. Therefore we will change our vote to no and propose another bill that will allow torture only in the most extreme of circumstances. |
