MessageWe concur. The necessary services that the private schools in the Commonwealth offer, such as education in religious- and trades-focused career paths, can be included in the national education system by making those courses available as elective educational options.

MessageFirstly, as Telamon is a secular state, we do not believe that religion should have any place in the curriculum of public schools. People who wish their children to have a religious education should go to church schools which should be and should remain independent of the state.
Secondly, choice should be an essential component of any education system and this bill removes much of that possibility. Whilst we applaud your laudable aim of providing good education for all, the government will never be able to afford the amount needed to invest in the public education system to bring it up to this standard. Instead, we should recognise the potential of the voluntary and private sectors and work with them to ensure better quality education for all and to ensure that our brightest students, regardless of background, get the world class education they deserve.

We will never allow public education to be second to any other in the nation. If you can't get the job done, we're confident we can.

Random fact: Cabinet ministers who disagree seriously with the head of government would usually be expected to resign. Parties within the cabinet may attempt to manoeuvre to replace the head of government though, for example by proposing a new cabinet bill or voting for an early election.
