Message | We favour the second article, as there should be in no way any ban on freedom of religious expression. And that is the reason we need to oppose the first article. We can't ban religious ideas simply because they come from foreign shores, or because they are contrary to the will of the government. |

Message | We're not banning them. We are not even preventing them coming into the country. We are simply asking them to register with the Foreign Ministry |

Message | Hmm. If you were to seperate this into two bills, one to change the wearing policy, and one to change the regestration policy, we'd gladly support the former and still have time to sit and think about the latter. |

Message | I, too, hope you separate these. I would support the first, but not the latter. |

Message | I think I'll have to oppose this as well. Terrorists masked as missionaries will be treated as criminals regardless. |
Date | 13:38:30, October 01, 2006 CET | From | Telamon Royalist Party | To | Debating the Foreign Missionaries Registration Bill |
Message | With the large number of people who now live under the shadow of oppression based on their religious beliefs across Terra, we should be encouraging people of the cloth to move to Telamon's still-free shores, not restricting them from doing so. Thus, we need to stand against. |

Random fact: Particracy does not allow real-life brand names (eg. Coca Cola, McDonalds, Microsoft). However, in the case of military equipment brand names it is permitted to use simple number-letter combinations (eg. T-90 and F-22) borrowed from real life, and also simple generic names, like those of animals (eg. Leopard and Jaguar). |
