Message | I agree, and may I also add that I am not a nazi in real life. I prefer to play particracy with either one of the ideological extremes - otherwise it's boring for me. |

Message | I do not agree, as the poor need some support in order to keep a passable standard of living, but my opinion doesn't really matter all that much right now. |

Message | This isn't a Communist country where the wages are set by the state as you would have it be, this legislation is about creating new jobs for millions of workers. |

Message | Just for the record, we're social democrats, not communists. Look up social democracy in any encyclopedia. Also, how would a piece of legislaion that would lower the minimum wage even touch the amount of jobs there are? If nobody wants to hire people, then nobody will get hired; it's not really up to the minimum wage. Actually, having a higher minimum wage would help workers a lot more, because it would ensure that they have enough money to get by, as opposed to just enough to stay out of poverty. |

Message | Or just increase the rate of inflation, further boosting the cost of living and continually depressing the standard of living. |

Message | Or just make sure the poor have at least some money, as opposed to making them work longer hours and occasionaly have multiple jobs just to earn the same amount of money that they would be getting under the existing law, therefore continually depressing the poor themselves, let alone the standard of living. |
