| We should take certain meassures into account regarding the defence of our nation. These are some of these and should be considered by the parliament with serious thoughts on the defence of our borders and the protectin of our population. 1: We should have our soldiers focused on military warfare and emergency aid. Not creating a state sponsored dating service. Therefore there is no need to have marked people whether they belong to different sexual directions. The HHP believe that most of the people this law will affect is pleased that they will not be forced to tell anything about their private life. 2: Based on recent historical events it is important for our nation always to be prepared for war or in aiding other nations refugees. We also need a strong military to defend our own borders and protect our people. These are meassures with which HPP think we can reach that level of security. There is no reason in only allowing wartime conscritpion as the soldiers will not be educated in warfare and will not have the time to be educated if the war is already raging. We propose the following: We need to protect our nation. Therefore we need a military capable of doing so. This calls for conscription so that we are ready for future conflicts. "There should be set some time limits of military service, which shall depend on where and what military purpose or civilian national service one attend. Civilian national service should be between 9 months and 1 year depending on where you work. Military service should be between 9 months and 1 year depending on where and with what you are stationed. Everyone will be a part of the national reserves for 5 years after ending their military service or civilian national service. For civilian national service personel no one shall be forced to participate in combat, but will be assigned to other non-hostile military work during war." 3: We see no need to follow international law when the hobrazian law apply for these situations. Prisoners of war should be treated according to the laws of Hobrazia. If we are the captor power and we provide facilities etc. for the prisoners, it should be our own law that decide how to treat prisoners of war. |

Why do we need an expanded army of conscripts when professional soldiers are proven to be more effective? Furthermore, what external threats do we face? Survey says, "none!"
