| Based on recent historical events it is important for our nation always to be prepared for war or in aiding other nations refugees. We also need a strong military to defend our own borders and protect our people. These are meassures with which HPP think we can reach that level of security. There is no reason in only allowing wartime conscritpion as the soldiers will not be educated in warfare and will not have the time to be educated if the war is already raging. We propose the following: We need to protect our nation. Therefore we need a military capable of doing so. This calls for conscription so that we are ready for future conflicts. "There should be set some time limits of military service, which shall depend on where and what military purpose or civilian national service one attend. Civilian national service should be between 9 months and 1 year depending on where you work. Military service should be between 9 months and 1 year depending on where and with what you are stationed. Everyone will be a part of the national reserves for 5 years after ending their military service or civilian national service. For civilian national service personel no one shall be forced to participate in combat, but will be assigned to other non-hostile military work during war." |

| Message | We awaits the decision of the WSS!P We must though argue that with this implemented civilian national service the cost of some social service post will be lowered and other social and state assgnments will be operated in the sphere of this civil service whereas we will cope with the economical factors regarding this implementation. The military part of this bill is to train our soldiers to defend our nation in a worst case scenario. But remember this is a choice of each person whether they will serve in the army or with civil service. It also makes sense that youngsters pay of some of the goods they have recieved by society. |
