Bill: Public Affection Freedom Act
Details
Submitted by[?]: Telamon Royalist Party
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: January 2298
Description[?]:
Currently, the police of the Commonwealth are left to their own devices to regulate 'public displays of affection', deciding which, if any, such displays violate our ban on 'sexually explicit behavour'. We believe that by defining this as simply the act of sexual intercourse, we can prevent wildly divergent definitions of what 'sexually explicit behavour' means. |
Proposals
Article 1
Proposal[?] to change Displays of public affection and obscenity laws.
Old value:: All sexually implicit actions are illegal in public.
Current: Sexual intercourse is illegal in public.
Proposed: Sexual intercourse is illegal in public.
