MessageThe Conservative Party has to disagree with the Mr. Buffett.

A minimum wage will just promote unemployment. If one has to pay for a job a certain compulsory minimum quantity when there are others that would eventually accept that same job for a less payment the probable result is an employer prefering not to offer that job but just to transfer/accumulate it to other of its employers. Besides that, this stimulates comodism instead of stimulating initiave and "hard" working (in a positive way). We condemn and refuse this measure as this will have no positive effects in consumption.

There is no consensus among economists that will unequivocally stand by what you have just finished stating.
It is obvious that an excessively high minimum wage will cause unemployment, but there is no conclusive evidence that states that a low minimum wage, such as the one we propose, will.

What we do know is that 90% of the worlds nations have some form of minimum wage.
72% of the nations in this game have some form of minimum wage.
Also several of our regions rank among the top in the game, with the lowest unemployment. The province of Kozaria for example has unemployment at 2.56%, ranking 4th overall.

We are confident this is the best course of action.

MessageKozaria ranks 4th in world unemployment ranking thanks to the policy of no minimum wage followed by the governments of the Partido Democrata-Cristão, Partido Liberal and Partido Popular.
