| The Recreational Drug Act (RDA) will strip away all laws which control what people can or can not put into their bodies at all. This includes ALL drugs (including Yoj). This will kill a lot of worthless red-tape and will end the Yoj issue once and for all by taking out of the hands of the government and placing it into the hands of the public at large. There are very few things we trust the Individual with, drugs is one of them. |

The vast majority of reports and reviews into Yoj's alleged dangers, including the enoiurmous independent exercise carried out when Yoj was originally banned, have found it to be potentially dangerous. The number of Dranian deaths due to Yoj are now up to 98, including that of Jim Flash. Please do not dishonour a great servant of the people in this way. |

| Message | The so-called "studies" in which Yoj was found to be dangerous were funded by either the New Theta or the PGC (which has no real reason to conduct a study which finds their political views in the wrong). All true Independent Studies (some in other countries no less) have found Yoj to be 100% when taken as directed. The lies of the PGC are falling apart for all to see, it is both funny and sad at the same time. The so-called "deaths" were all due to either error on part of the user in question for taking to strong a dose, or in Jim Flash's case taking a dose at an inappropriate time. |

| Message | Theta, as far as we can see Yoj is a recreational drug just like Ecsasty/Heroin etc. As far as we can see passing this act WILL legalise Yoj unless a further act of the Assembly expressly bans it. Currently the only thing that gives the MoH the power to ban drugs is the legislation this bill will change. To support this bill and keep Yoj illegal, a seperate bill is needed banning Yoj. |

| Message | Actually Theta is correct in saying that the proposal itself does not legalise Yoj. Estasi began to sell this drug on prescription only. This would NOT make it a "recreational drug". However since the description of the Act expressly mentions Yoj as a drug which will be legalised if this bill is passed, our lawyers believe that, in the event of this bill passing, Yoj will be legal. This is the reason why the Anti-Yoj (Hard Drug) Act has been proposed to ensure this drug does not fall through this loophole! |
