| (1) Selling, dealing, production, importing and exporting of the drug Yoj is illegal. (2) Anyone in breach of s(1) will be conducting a criminal offence punishable by a maximum of 25 years imprisonment or/and unlimited fine. (3) Consuming Yoj is illegal (4) Anyone in breach of s3 will be conducting a criminal offence punishable by a maximum of 3 year imprisonment or/and a maximum fine of 10,000DRA (5) The term "Yoj" is defined as the drug known as "Yoj" and all drugs identical or sufficiently similar to the substance currently sold under the name "Yoj" |

| Message | This bill will overide any Health minister decision on the matter. Following the rules of Assembly Supremacy it will also overide the current RDA, if that gets passed. This clarifies the law as to Yoj. It seems that there is a problem of definition as to whether Yoj is a recreational drug or a pharmacutical one. As it was first released on prescription only, it seems that it is not a recreational drug and would therefore remain banned after the RDA. The purpose of this bill is to clear up any confusion as to that point, deliberate or not. |

| Message | After consulting our lawyers it would seem that, due to Yoj being mentioned in the description, the RDA WOULD legalise Yoj, even though it is not a recreational drug. It is therefore essential that if the RDA passes, the Assembly also passess this act to ensure Yoj remains illegal. |
