Description[?]:
Traxian Imperial Party's plan: There is drug use and there drug use, as health minister I have been following the 'Yoj' reports, notably in Dranland the source of the drug. This drug has been designed as an anti-depressent, which is no bad thing. However critics have stated several side effects that could be harmful to a persons health may occur. In fact the drug makes you so happy that you become oblivious to everyone, and everything which can lead to death. Now this drug of course may prove dangerous but it prevents an interesting situation. I propose our government regulate the drug. We set up a secure, military if need be, clinical site where Yoj is studied. If any of the side effects are noted work should be undertaken to look at modifying the drug to reduce the side effects. While this is being done the drug should be limited to emergency cases of depression where sucide has been attempted. It should also be used in mental health institutes for violent patients who need a strong depressent like Yoj. The Health ministry therefore is fully against this treaty and if we the Gaduri people bring to the world this drug without it's reported side effected and control it we will go down in history. http://80.237.164.51/particracy/main/viewbill.php with the Senates premission, we'd like to see this plan go foward FMG |
