This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

| Message | I don't know if it is such a good idea to get ALSP out of the head of government because he has been negotiating with me for a treaty with Rildanor. But if you wanted to make a deal i suggest that whoever comes first gets 5/13 including Head of Governement and 2nd gets 5/13 including Foreign Affairs and third gets 3/13. If we all agree, then we can propose a new one each election. |

| Message | I think it's best that we set up so that each party gets a proportional amount of the Cabinet concerning how many seats they hold, and the Party in plurality always recieves Head of Government, and the Party in second gets foreign affairs, and the Party in third gets internal affairs. |
