Description[?]:
We believe there before has been a broad public opinion allowing further control of the population by monitoring people in a broad scale. (cameras on public places, civil police officers and undercovers, IP-number registration etc). This mut be done to prevent terrorist within the country to plan attacks, criminal actions on the internet, illegal phone conversations and many other crimes. This will have an effective outcome both concerning crime discovery (also to settle wrongly accused persons) and for preventive causes. We should implement this as fast as possible to satisfy our people and make the nation a safer place to live. |

Random fact: It is not allowed to call more than 5 elections in 5 game years in a nation. The default sanction for a player persisting in the early election tactic will be a seat reset. |
