Message | Honourable members of Parliament, I bring before the House today, the product of a progressive ONCP policy that has been undertaken for the past 100 years. Our ultimate aim was to take all people in the lowest bands of income tax out of the taxation system all together. Initially, we simplified the tax system by reducing the number of bands to two and since then have reduced the numbers of people paying income tax by raising the lower and higher thresholds and have reduced the burden by reducing both bands. Today, we halve the lowest band of tax in preparation for its complete abolition in around 12 years time. I hope the House will join with me in supporting this proposal. |

Message | We ask the ONCP to propose a suitable budget reduction to follow this up so that we can continue accrueing a large surplus in case we need to spend something on emergency precautions, such as defensive measures, natural disasters, economic embargoes and reclaiming Tadraki. |

Message | Besides this the Bastards are in full concurrance and are delighted that after the last cabinet we shared had some communication problems, that the ONCP are continuing the good work they always did in the Finance ministry. |
