Description[?]:

This Act will reflect the 160 seats in Gran Tadraki and will extend voting rights for Commonwealth elections to those residing in those areas. Only Pontesian parties can stand in Commonwealth elections, Jews will be allowed to vote though only if they apply for Commonwealth citizenship. The Act will increase the number of seats to 565, while incoorporating the 160 extra seats, Pontesi will gain 14 seats to reflect the increase in our own population.
