Description[?]:
More changes to reflect the Will Of The People. Article 1: As the HoG is the heir to the throne on Malivia, it is only natural that the Raja himself shall choose who it shall be. This power shall extend to all the cabinet positions. Article 2: The workers at a location are the most capable of determining what acts would put themselves at risk. The Ministry of Trade and Industry shall continue to provide recommendations for policy and assists those who wish it. However it shall be between the workers and the management of each location to determine the best practices for that site. Artlcle 3: Upon death there is no longer a need for one's physical self, since upon rebirth a new vessel is provided. It is better to give one's remains to another in need. However we do understand that there are non-Gerajans within our nation and they are permitted to file at their local governmental offices should their religious beliefs dictate that organ donation is not a viable option. Article 4: One's body is indeed all that one can be said to possess in this life. Thus each shall be free to do as they wish onto it. Article 5: For a religion to be gain the economic benefits permitted in our code, they must me recongnized by the state. This insures that individuals do not establish a church for the selfish reason of material gain, rather they truely believe they are expressing a variation of The Path, and have sufficent number of followers who truely believe. |
