La seconda parte della REI vuole bruciare i tempi verso il raggiungimento della Flat Tax unica al 10% tagliando del 31%, praticamente di un terzo, l'intera spesa pubblica statale. Abbiamo aspettato 3 anni dalla prima parte della REI, molto più leggera di questa, perché abituassimo la nazione al cambio, piuttosto brutale all'inizio se fatto in maniera netta, da un sistema prevalentemente assistenzialista ad uno liberista. Dal momento che è già attiva la legislazione per quanto riguarda la Sanità privata, intendiamo snellire il budget destinato alla Salute di 3/4. Il restante quarto servirà a finanziare quel quarto di servizi pubblici sanitari che non verrà privatizzato. Identico ragionamento per il taglio all'Istruzione di quasi la metà del budget. Ne viene un risparmio totale di 21.082.000.000 QUA, dei quali ne reinvestiamo 1.500.000.000 per le infrastrutture atte a modernizzare il Paese, e 2.000.000.000 per una giustizia più giusta ed efficiente. I restanti 17.582.000.000 QUA vanno alle tasche dei cittadini istaliani: sono circa 440 QUA a testa, ciò dovrebbe supplire ad eventuali lamentele circa l'inagibilità di certi servizi verso i ceti più poveri. Ma allora, a tale riguardo, non sarà quasi più responsabilità dello Stato. |
