| WHEREAS, the Naval trade blockade has expired, and still we have had no response from the Empire of Solentia, and WHEREAS no other option yet remains that is likely to get the attention of the Solentian Government, and WHEREAS it is the learned opinion of this august body that we must use the full military might of the Commonwealth to force the Empire to the table to talk about the Olympic Tragedy, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT, as of the passing of this Declaration, the Telamon Commonwealth and the Vanoikan Empire of Solentia are at a State of War, to be conducted until such time as the Surrender of said Empire is achieved and the Head of the Solentian State, Deus, is in the custody of the Telamon Commonwealth. |
