| As reported in the Dranland Daily News, the radical militant group the Elbian Liberation Front is becoming a greater threat against the free people of Dranland. We must put a stop to this fanatical organisation now, before it is too late. PROPOSAL: The Elbian Liberation Front is hereby dissolved, and its people are arrested and tried for terrorism and crimes against humanity. PROPOSAL: All ELF members and individuals with links to said organisation are thoroughly investigated and monitored, perhaps even "microchipped", so as to help prevent further terrorist attacks against our country. PROPOSAL: Anyone suspected of the new High Crime of 'being Welsh-Dranian' is to be arrested and detained. Those found guilty, whether of any wrong-doing, incitement of racial or religious hatred, terrorism or simply 'being Welsh-Dranian' may be subject to Reverse Auditing procedures, Pain-Drug-Hypnosis or any other mental process to achieve retardation or spiritual abberation. In extreme cases, the Death Penalty is to be used. |
