Message | This reflects the new tendency put forward by Aaron Regdal, chairman of HPP and his allies in this question. We search for a unitarist state with a strong centre. For now we will vote no. |

Message | ooc: Who cares about a strong unitarist state when the game is no fun to play anymore? There is little that goes on; at least frequent elections keep it fresh. |

Message | ooc: This will be changed back, but for now the situation calls for this. |

Message | ooc: we might consider changing the time between elections back, but not the chacellor/HoG structure. As was there was little to no point in being the chancellor (except for the pretty crown). Now at least there's a reason for the election. It just adds another level of game play. |

Random fact: Players who consent to a particular role-play by acknowledging it in their own role-play cannot then disown it or withdraw their consent from it. For example, if player A role-plays the assassination of player B's character, and player B then acknowledges the assassination in a news post, but then backtracks and insists the assassination did not happen, then he will be required under the rules to accept the validity of the assassination role-play. |
Random quote: "It is necessary for him who lays out a state and arranges laws for it to presuppose that all men are evil and that they are always going to act according to the wickedness of their spirits whenever they have free scope." - Niccolo Machiavelli |
