This bill hereby declares a state of emerency following the rebel uprising in the Southern Islands. This bill gives complete control (temporarily) to the central Zapatista government. The central government declares a curfew of 10pm for everyone. It is noow illegal to be out beyond that time whilst the uprising lives on. |
