| By the authority of the assembled August Parliament of the Cedar Throne, the following act of sovereignty is hereby declared over the region currently incorporating Tadraki and Eldin into what will be referred to legally as 'Gran Tadraki'. 1) The Pontesian Parliament has legal and political sovereignty over ‘Gran Tadraki’ and those who reside within her borders. ii The Atabeg Accipitrum will be the recognised head of state for Gran Tadraki and the Pontesian government will have total control of her affairs. (Order 1: Until such a time as the Atabeg Acciptrum states, policy and political decisions will be devolved to the Amsaék Hyéonlrnék Isràkai or any other party that is deemed appropriate by the head of state. The August Parliament will be able to make decrees for the region during this period of devolution so long as those decrees enhance the security of those areas.)) iii ) Pontesian Nationals will be entitled to citizenship of Gran Tadraki. iv) Citizens of Gran Tadraki may apply for citizenship of the rest of the Commonwealth but those applications may be refused on security terms. The Ministry of Justice will process applications. ii) The Pontesian Military will be legally entitled to operate in the region and maintain order and security under the command of the defence secretary. 2) a) Jewish populations residing in the areas may either: i) Register as nationals and then choose to take a citizenship exam to become a Pontesian Citizen; ii) Simply register as nationals, bearing in mind the difference in entitlements thereof and accepting them in the decision not to embark on a Pontesian Citizenship program; iii) Leave within six (6) weeks or face deportation. b) The deportation process may not result in the harm to the Jewry unless the surmounting of any resistance mandates it as the most suitable course of action. c) The Jewry removed will be given the original value of their property minus depreciation as compensation 3) This Act will establish the Ministry of Gran Tadraki Affairs, the Minister in charge will operate within the Ministry of the Head of Government and it will be the role of the new ministry to oversee deportations and any other operations involved as deemed by the Minister of the Interior. 4) The Pontesian Dynastic Commonwealth will henceforth be known as the Dynastic Commonwealth of Pontesi and Gran Tadraki. |

| Message | Doesn't Commonwealth imply one unified entity, making Union kinda redundant? | Message | Yeah but I wanted to change the name to show that Pontesi's status has changed but I also wanted to keep Commonwealth. I have a better idea - The United Pontesian Dynastic Commonwealth or the Dynastic Commonwealth of Pontesi and Gran Tadraki. Anyone else have any ideas? |
