| 1) As they were before their illegal squandering by the Beitenyu Jewry, after more than 150 years of oppression, Tadraki and Endild, the two Taghe of Jeztadraki, are to be returned to their rightful Pontesian hands, ie, not yours. 2)a) As such, i) the Pontesian Nationals will be entitled to citizenship of these areas; ii) the Pontesian Military will be entitled to operate and guard here; iii) the Pontesian August Parliament of the Cedar Throne (APCT) will devolve their control to the Amsaék Hyéonlrnék Isràkai (AHI) and other Pontesian parties until clause 2b is satifified. b) When the area is politically stable, as well as out of military conflict, as declared by the ACPT on the guidance of Pontesian parties in Jeztadraki, jurisdiction shall return to the APCT. 3) a) Jewish populations residing in the areas may either: i) Register as nationals and then choose to take a citizenship exam to become a Pontesian Citizen; ii) Simply register as nationals, bearing in mind the difference in entitlements thereof and accepting them in the decision not to embark on a Pontesian Citizenship program; iii) Leave within six (6) weeks or face deportation in accordance with 3b), 3c) and 3d). b) The deportation process may not result in the harm to the Jewry unless the surmounting of any resistance mandates it as the most suitable course of action. c) The Jewry removed will be given the original value of their property minus depreciation as compensation. d) Window seats in the poultry lorries will cost extra as determined by military personnel. 4) The properties confiscated from illegals will be reappropriated as determined by the AHI or the APCT, dependant on which body is in legislative power in accordance with 2a)iii, and 2b). 5) Any resistance to Pontesian reclamation of the land will be met with lethal force. |
