| We submit this Bill before government for approval. We look to recognise the changes in the political and social structures within Likatonia, and also to address key issues. 1. Within our state, we now consistently have less parties and thus our need for separate HoS and HoG are reduced; However following debate, this point has been shelved for now.. 2. Although our national flag should not desecrated, as it is symbolic of our land and people, we don't believe it should be unavailable for our corporations for branding and advertising. 3. From a social point of view, it seems that the age of responsibility can be reduced to 19 safely, and this will help our society grow. 4. In light of our lighter legislative touch, we feel less representatives are needed at this time, although should the number of contesting parties increase, it is important to keep this under review. |

| Message | We totally agree with articles 2 and 3. Article 4 is reasonable, but we feel that the drop is too large. We could support a compromise number in the 300-350 range. We feel that keeping the HOS and HOG offices seperate is better, as we do not feel that too much power should be concentrated in one person. |
