| Currently the law on firing strikers is a bit to stringent, the employers are allowed to fire strikers regardless of the cause, for instance a group of people can strike due to horrible working conditions and still get fired. The workers of Jakania need to be able to use their right to strike without fearing losing their jobs as a result. However, employers are still allowed to penalize workers who strike for insificient reasons. |
