Our democratic country refuses to be drawn into any nuclear conflict without just reason. Therefore we should only ever consider using these potentially lethal weapons where our country is placed under impending threat and under no other circumstances. Also, that in the future we pledge towards decommisioning of our nuclear arsenal and we encourage others to do likewise. |
