| By the grace and authority of the Senate assembled, let it be enacted: An act to recognize and appreciate the service of members of the homosexual community in the military of the Republic and to allow such members to continue service and to promote and protect equality in all areas of life for all citizens. |

| Message | The Blue Party believes that this Senate and the Gaduri Military Forces have long disrespected the sacrifice and due effort to the protection of this Republic by members of the military who are homosexual. It is simply inadequate to have a 'don't ask, don't tell' policy. It is dishonest and discriminatory and puts homosexuals already secretly serving for the military in a greater risk for dishonourable discharge. Such a penalty should only be reserved for actual crimes not hard working servicemen/women. |
