MessageThis is an improvement.

However, the TUP makes a good point, there's no way for the TUP to know what is required in matters of security, so we suggest that we torture all the members (and supporters) of the TUP until we find some useful information - after all, who are we to know that they don't have important information that could solve crimes?

MessageExactly, if we let the police officers torture everyone because they feel like doing that, it isn't a good example for the nation self. Because the citizens of this nation would do the same when they feel like doing that.
