| The passing of the following bill shall constitute a complete waver of the legislature's right of oversight over the cabinet, their actions and that of the rest of the Executive Branch. Complete War Powers to shall be activated for the Grand Duke Vladimir Lineykov (Commander-in-Chief) and for the Minister of Defense that shall act as Second-in-Command. The following also applies: * The Okhranka shall be officers of the Army and shall have Special Forces deployed * An Army of Kafuristani Arab militias shall be mustered to serve as shields for the Deltarian troops * the French Union shall be blockaded by the Deltarian Navy Glory to the Czar! (may he reign forever) |
