On behalf of the OCM (Oalapo as Capital Movement) we propose that Oalapo, Utagia becomes the new capital of Luthori

MessageOalapo was our historical capital before the purpose-built Sondavita was built in Luthori's centre on the border of three Presbyteries. As traditionalists we prefer a mov back to Oalapo over a return to Sondavita or the status quo of having our Imperial Capital in a mudskin colony!
