MessageWe find it difficult to disagree with the noble purpose of this bill, and wish that the rest of the world would be good enough to allow us to support it. However, we must temper our free trade policies in the areas on non conventional weapons. Were this bill to restrict itself to conventional arms, we would be in full sipport.
