In order to prevent the circumventing of national immigration laws. Any claim of refugee status will be inspected to ensure that the applicant is infact meets one of the following critiria; 1) Persection, either dirrect or tacitly encouraged, on the basis of race, religion, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, or other intrensic charectoristic, that threatens direct harm or legitimately impedes said applicants ablity to live their daily lives. 2) Threat of violence or imprisonment by the government or other organization on the basis of political dissodence by the applicant or the applicants family or associates. 3) Sudden or Suddenly increased economic stress created by natural disaster 4) The legitamate threat of violence visited upon the applicant or the applicant's family by any group for any reason should the applicant remain in their country of origin. An applicant will be allowed to stay in the country and given due integration aid while their claim is prosessed and investigated. Should an applicant's claim be found to be unfounded, they will be given the option of being sent to a government integration center, as are illegal aliens found in this country, or returned to their country of origin, and integration aid will be stopped. With regaurd to illegal aliens, those found found will be put into integration centers as currently mandated by national law, however the stance taken by police forces in actively searching for illegal aliens will be decided by state and/or local governments. |

Message | We disagree, as we think that if local governments decided how actively to search for illegal aliens, we could end up with things like the Minuteman Project in Arizona, for example. |

Message | Uh...the minutemen aren't a government organization on any level, however, if local governments could control their imgration policy, as they are in a better position to judge what enforcement measures must be taken and what will work, such things would unnessisary. |
