MessageHow about that?

MessageUm, what about old people who actually want to continue working? People who've been in a job for longer get paid more; this will just be an excuse for kicking out older workers and replacing them with younger, cheaper ones. And if you retire earlier, you have less of a pension and have to make it go further. I'm against unless I see a really good reason otherwise.

MessageWe are yet to be convinced either way. We'll abstain until one side brings a good argument.

MessageFor an Anarcho-Syndicalist you are terribly constrained by Capitalist political economy.
You see we are kind of restrained by the options. Obviously we want to say people should be allowed to retire age 55 without loss of pensions.

MessageI'm unsure of 55, would this allow people to retire at 55 but continue to work if they so wish?

MessageI don't see why not. Do you know of any country that kicks people out of their jobs forcefully at the "official" retirement age? I'm an American, and I believe our "retirement age" is 65, or 67 at the latest, and my dad just retired at age 69. People are free to do what they want--the retirement age just indicates at what age they can start receiving social pensions from the State.

MessageWell, people are generally hoofed out at 65, but in most cases they don't mind...you have your support.
