SO as to mitigate the possibility of foreign occupation, we propose the following measures to regulate the role of political parties within our nation:
PROVISION I: The Republic shall not recognize the existence of political parties who actively promote Hobrazian subjugation.
PROVISION II: The Republic shall not recognize the existence of political parties who work with foreign powers to compromise the nation's sovereignty.
PROVISION III: Should a party that meets the above requirements come into power, whether democratically or by force, all actions of said government will be considered NULL AND VOID. The Hobrazian military shall not consent to the policies of such a regime and may be called upon by the true Hobrazian parties to remove the false, detractor government. |

From | Hobrazian Peoples Party | To | Debating the Conditions Regulating the Behavior of Political Parties | Message | We will not accept such meassures as we do not believe this is in the interest of the nation. We though should reconsider to take a look at the treason act that AMTPoH put forward to the parliament a long long time ago. I do not remember whether we voted on it and if we can find it again. But if anyone would give it a try, we might be in a situation where we should discuss that bill again. |

From | Hobrazian Peoples Party | To | Debating the Conditions Regulating the Behavior of Political Parties | Message | Why these allegations? What leads the First Party to such conclusions? We now believe that the First Party are capable of using these meassures to their own advantage. We would very much like a explanation from the First Party in relation to these allegations. |

From | Hobrazian Peoples Party | To | Debating the Conditions Regulating the Behavior of Political Parties | Message | But you did and we demand to know what thoughts the First Party have on this issue. We need to clarify what the First Party thinks of our loyalty to the Hobrazian People and the Hobrazian Nation. If anything we are the first to stand in line for the defence of our great nation. We would never abandon our nation no matter what situation our political power is. So do not come here and question the loyalty and nationalism of the HPP. We again demand the the First Party explain what powers and for what that the HPP would use if this bill was passed. |

From | We Say So! Party | To | Debating the Conditions Regulating the Behavior of Political Parties | Message | Provision I - Agreed.
Provision II - Err... slightly more difficult to instigate. Technically this would disallow any Party from working to join Hobrazia into any type of political union, and though we would not support a full union at the present time, it is at least plausible that such an event could occur in the future.
Provision III - Nice theory, but sadly impossible to operate. If they are voted into office they have, at least for a period, a mandate from the people and though the opposing Parties can, and should, work to remove them from office we also cannot go against the wishes of our people... |

From | First Party Of Hobrazia | To | Debating the Conditions Regulating the Behavior of Political Parties | Message | It allows the majority to declare the others illiegal under these laws caliming that they are being influenced by foreign powers this would then allow a legal civil war or military coup. Which cannot be good. However we are still considering the implications of these laws.
After some more thought though we are leaning towards support oif these laws as it appears our early objections were misplaced. |
