| La terza, e probabilmente ultima tranche della Riforma Economica Istaliana porta al completamento dell'equilibrio economico tra la privatizzazione dei servizi ed enti fondamentali ed il mantenimento di un welfare state di base per i meno abbienti, eliminando quasi completamente i capitoli di spesa per settori praticamente in mano ai privati come l'industria, il commercio e il settore primario e il terziario avanzato. I tagli alla RIcerca e alle Infrastrutture sono atti a dare un impulso a creare una nuova industria che non si basi più sugli aiuti statali per competere, mentre vengono aumentati i fondi per i servizi di base sanitari e per la Difesa e per la tutela dell'ordine nazionale. Tutto ciò portando la spesa pubblica da 38 a 22 miliardi: 17 miliardi di QUA, ancora una volta, restituiti ai cittadini istaliani: circa 500 QUA in più per famiglia. |
