MessageWhile there has been another proposal to regulate many proviso's of this act, that proposal has been tainted by activist policies.
These proviso's as stated here should have a no-flipflop straight-forward moral clarity to get a 3/4th majority.

I disliked the other 2 provisos of your proposal.
No further tolerance of fornication, and certainly not disguised as labour legislation.
