Article 1: The Reason we think workers can only go on sympathy strikes in a field related is what if the food service went on strike and then the public transport service went on strike not because they are unhappy but because they agree with why the Food service is going on strike, but Food service and Public transport are compeletly different industries. Article 2: If the majority of the Trade Union want strike then that is fine but if only a minority wants to go on strike then that is totally unfair to the majority. Also a ballot must be inplace to make sure everything goes accordingly to law. |
